Polynesian Perfect!

Just got back from my vacation at the Polynesian. I can't say enough good things about this resort! When I made the reservations and they asked the ages of the kids, I mentioned that my nephew would be turning 11 while were there. We checked in at 2 PM to find our rooms were all ready (we got NS, connecting rooms with balconies...everything we asked for). What a great surprise to go to the room to find a birthday cake, balloons, party favors, and a birthday card for my nephew! Everyone at the Polynesian was great; very friendly and helpful!

Re: Polynesian Perfect!

My Dh and I were married and honeymooned at the Poly. Whatta place! We, too, enjoyed all of the courteous CM's, the great atmosphere, the proximity to MK, the monorail, the lagoon, the gardens, the lobby, and so on! I can only say wonderful things about this beautiful resort.

P.S. Nice touch by the CM's with the birthday goodies. On our honeymoon, we received a wonderful "romance" basket with chocolates, cheese & crackers, non-alcoholic beverages, toiletries, etc.

Re: Polynesian Perfect!

Were these concierge rooms? We'll celebrate our anniversary when we go in Jan. I think I told them, but we just have standard rooms.

Re: Polynesian Perfect!

We stayed at the Poly last year and absolutely loved it! The rooms are large and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. That's very cool about the birthday surprises - very Disney!!!

I'm glad you enjoyed the resort!
