Okay, it seems like an odd choice, but...

DFiance and I just booked a room off-property for our Nov. vacation, and we're about to cancel our reservations with CRO.. We managed to get a room at the Ramada Inn Eastgate for $23 a night.. This will allow us to save a TON of money and go again in Dec. and possibly Jan. (each for a weekend with our DD)..

Does anyone have any information about this hotel? We've decided to stick with it, so be kind.

The Unofficial Guide to WDW gives it 2.5 stars and a 60 (out of 100)on Room Quality Rating.

Since we're mainly just going to be sleeping there... This looks more than passable. I'm glad I took the deal.

Sounds like a great choice to me. I charge my inlaws more than that when they stay with us
Anything to make another trip possible.
