Does Disney Respond to Emails I just returned from the House of Mouse and had a great time. There were several incidents that really bothered me. From rude cast members to AKL not being up to par. I didn't feel the magic this time like I have done on past trips. I sent WDW Guest Communications an email regarding all the unfortunate events. I want to make sure they know about my experiences. If we don't let Disney know about these events, who will. I don't want Disney to start cutting corners and taking that magic that we expect from them away. I don't want them to start cutting corners and being just any other company. My question is, do they really listen and read these emails? I sent it on June 8th and have not heard anything. I have some legitimate complaints. Anyone receive responses from Disney?

Re: Does Disney Respond to Emails I have received responses to emails from Disney. Once I wrote a real letter through the US mail, and I got a phone call in response. So I think they do read their mail and try to answer. Give it some more time, or you could send a hard copy in the mail.

Re: Does Disney Respond to Emails I've had not only an email response from Disney, but I've also had a phone call and received service above and beyond what I had ever dreamed of. I don't remember how long it took for them to respond though.
