| FINALLY! Got our moving dates finalized!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!! We got an e-mail this evening from the "Personal Property" office on base with our definite move dates, moving company information and all that good stuff! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/woot.gif[/img] The movers are coming to pack our stuff on Nov. 9th (they'll be leaving our beds and TV and such up since we'll be in the house full of boxes for the entire Veterans Day weekend) and then will be coming back the morning of Nov. 13th to load our stuff on the truck and head towards the Norfolk, VA area! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/woot.gif[/img] We will be staying on base the night of the 13th and 14th, deep cleaning this house as soon as everything is gone (including cleaning the carpets - yuck. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]) and we're leaving here for good [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/zcry.gif[/img] on November 15th, arriving in VA on Nov. 17th. We also found a house via the military's Automated Housing Referral Network that we are very interested in renting . . . it's a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Chesapeake, VA that allows pets (a hard thing to find in the area for some reason) . . . hopefully they will be willing to work with us (and hold it for us) until we get up there! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] It sure would be nice to leave here knowing that we have a place to live and not have to stay in a hotel for who knows how long until we DO find a house!
