| In high school I marched in the Illinois State Fair parade as a Pom-Pon Girl with our high school band.  I ended up on the front page of our local newspaper! The only other time I marched was when my kids were in their high school marching band. They always marched in the local Memorial Day and 4th of July parades. I would be running along side with the water bottles!

| Yes, when I was a kid I was in a parade held by the town I grew up in. I can't recall if it was a parade just for youth sports or if it was the Patriot's Day (a holiday in April to celebrate the Revolution) parade. I was in it with the T-Ball team I was on. I even got my photo from the parade as the first giant photo on the front page of the town's newspaper!  I don't recall if I was in any other real parades or not, but there was prob'ly one or two school parades or something I was prob'ly in.

| A handful, actually! When I was younger, I was in the Christmas Parade in Chula Vista, CA (where we lived at the time) with my Girl Scout troop. We dressed as presents, so I was wearing a giant box on my body and a big ol' red bow on my head. I could hardly walk, too.  When I was in 8th grade, I marched in the "Kiddie Parade" for our town's annual celebration. I walked with the junior high school's DARE group and I think I almost ATE more candy than I threw. All I can really remember is the horrible shorts I wore . . . one side was bright neon green and the other side was bright neon hot pink. I was in band in high school, so all 4 years I marched in the Homecoming Parade.

When I was about 10yo, I got roped into dressing up like a clown and being the 'pooper scooper' behind a bunch of horses!!
