I want one. But I am stuck with my Sprint phone for another year unless I want to pay to cancel it. Which I do not. Well maybe by the time I can cancel Sprint the iphone will be on sale. Glad your enjoying yours so much.

I'm glad to hear that you like it, Jennifer! I didn't know that much about it, but it sounds like a great product. Maybe when I upgrade next time, I will have to consider the iPhone.

I deliberated for a long time about getting it (yes, it was a birthday present, but I was essentially choosing what I wanted Dave to get me ). In the end, the pros far outweighed the single con (spending the money). As far as I'm concerned, it's already paid for itself.

Here's three more things it helped me do today:
* Add some sub-categories in the Photo Archive to avoid any approval delays -- I did this when Alexander was playing with his Black Pearl pirate ship in the bathtub. (What can I say? It gets a little boring sitting on the bathroom floor for 30 minutes while he plays in the tub.)
* Put on some soothing lullabies for Alexander when he unexpectedly curled up in my lap in the rocking chair and clearly didn't want me to get up to turn on his CD player (he got a flu shot today -- I think it made him abnormally sleepy!)
* Actually get an important call (I'm notoriously bad at answering the phone)

Okay, I'm starting to sound like an iPhone commerical! LOL!

i'd like to get one, but i have a 2 year t-mobile contract. also, i want more than 8gb of memory. i will have to wait til the next generation to come out.

I never knew I wanted one until now! What a terrific birthday gift. I just love that feeling of getting something new and then being continually surprised when it turns out to be even more than I'd ever dreamed. It sounds like it can do almost anything. Now once you teach it to calm Alexander down in the middle of the night, it will be absolutely perfect!

DD#1 has one. Whenever we're together I get to play with it! If someone doesn't get me one for Christmas, I'll get me one for just being me. The only "down" is that it works only with AT&T service, but I've had my current service for so long that I can leave at any time. Besides, they are having more and more dropped or fuzzy calls these days and DD says that the iPhone service is better. Then again, maybe I won't wait until Christmas!
