| Going to the desert to beat the heat Today it is going to be 100 degrees  Saturday it was 96. Yesterday it was 98. Tomorrow it is supposed to be 94. Wednesday we leave for Las Vegas. Who would have thought we would have to go to the desert to get away from the heat??? Now that's irony  Is anyone else experiencing a heat wave in their area?

| We are supposed to have heat indexes in the 100s today. As usual for around here, its not the heat, its the humidity... No joke...

| On the radio this morning they said it was cooler in the Carribean today than it is here. Let's go to the islands to cool off.

| I live in So Florida and you guys are hotter than us!! I lived in NY for 30 years and I always said that NY got hotter in the summer than FL. Stay cool everyone!

| yesterday was ds5 "funday" in baseball. these guys played tug of war, had pototoe sack races and relays. thank god we stared at 9a.m as it was ONLY 90 at that time. by the time it was over around 11. it was 95.. we had water hoses going and lots of water, I don't know why they just didn't postpone it until next week, but ds was glad he got his 1st trophy!!! |

| We had 4 days with HHH (hazy, hot, and humid) but we had a HUGE storm last night and it brought a cooler front in - today we're only going to hit 80!  Stay cool everyone!
