| Boy did my rain dance work. I am just north of Bush intercontinental airport here in Houston, and I received about 6 inches of rain. It was wonderful actually. My poor backyard needed it desperately. We didn't have alot of wind, but the rain just kept coming down. No damage here or flooding. How are you over there Steffe? When I saw the news I thought of ya girl. My grass is going to be a bright green now until the sun steps back in. I am just glad it wasn't like tropical storm allison in 1989 that devastated downtown houston and the southern region. ![]()
