| I got both the seasonal and H1N1 and have not developed any new abnormalities. I stood in line for 2 hours last Saturday so the boys could get the H1N1 nasal mist. We still have to line them up again for their seasonal, but not till December (D+28). That one will probably be drive-through...

| I won't be getting it, or even the regular flu shot. The only time I have only gotten any kind of flu shot was when I was in the Air Force and we were required to have them. | ||||

| DH, DD and I all had the regular flu shot over a month ago. On Tuesday DD got her first round of the H1N1 shot and has to go back in a month for the second shot. She was sick (with sinusitus) so the Dr. went ahead and gave it to her. DH and I won't be getting the H1N1 until regular people can get the shot.

| I am getting it Monday.. Had to wait till then because they didn't have it before. I got my regular flu shot & the doctor had the "live"H1N1 nose spray, but didn't want to give it to me because of my Fibromyalgia.. I guess I am on the list of those that get it because of my underlying medical conditions..

| My children got the H1N1 nasal mist about 2 weeks ago. I posted a thread on here because, sure enough, after I did it, I totally second-guessed myself and cried on the way home! I'm happy to report that everyone is fine and developed no adverse side effects thus far. I spoke with their pediatrician, read all information from the CDC...and it seemed like the only sources saying not to do it were less than reliable. I was very against getting it initially, but after speaking with their pediatrician and doing what research my brain is capable of comprehending, I decided to do it since it is produced the same way as the seasonal flu vaccine. They alter the seasonal flu vaccine every year, so the same amount of testing has been done on both. Our pediatrician said that if the H1N1 outbreak had happened earlier, they both would have been rolled into one shot. My husband is scheduled to get his tomorrow, as he's military and has no choice. I would get it for myself if I was eligble...never inject something into my children that I wouldn't do myself. It's made to feel like a no win situation. If you don't get it for you and your family, you're putting them at risk...if you do you're putting them at risk. I must say, that on a day-to-day basis...it does relieve me somewhat to know that my kids have some protection from it. I still sanitize quite regularly and probably a bit compulsively...but, mentally, it has helped. Good luck with whatever you decide...it certainly has been made to be a difficult decision. |

| we wont be getting it. I usually like to wait a little a see after studies and see how it goes with others, many times they can say is "safe" and then..."Opps" so I am not jumping first. We believe in prevention, good food, taking care of our immune system. We will see what happens.

We can't get the H1N1 or the seasonal flu shot here at all either. I'm sweating the seasonal shot. My youngest DD has asthma and always has complications. I'm hoping they'll get the seasonal shots soon.

| My DD will get the H1N1 vaccine on Monday at school. Local clinics are out of the seasonal flu vaccine so we've had to wait on that. Amy

| I had the flu shot and the H1M1 mist last week and haven't developed any probems. My DS (6) got the H1M1 shot at a flu clinic at school and flu mist at public health. My other DS (16) could only get the flu mist but not the H1M1 because he is a healthy kid and they aren't open for anyone else yet. I wish he could have gotten it before going on vacation but we will see. Everyone is doing fine. Good luck to everyone wanting the vaccine. |

| All the clinics in my area have been closed because they don`t have ANY left! (Too many NHL and NBA ``stars`` are jumping the line). As for me, I am not getting it. I never get the flu shoot and have done fine without.

| My daughter has both her regular and the H1N1 shots already and she has been doing great since she got them. The media really did put a negative frenzy and panic the general population imo... I spent a lot of time talking to the dr before we decided and I am comfortable I made the right decision. |
