The routine chore I most despise is laundry. It's not difficult, but it takes up a lot of time and can't be put off.

But I most dislike cleaning and sealing our wood deck. It's only a once-in-a-while task, but it's difficult work and you need the right weather for applying the sealant and letting it dry. Aligning that time with my time off work is a real struggle, since no one can really predict the weather very far in advance.

Cleaning the bathtub. I'm short and there is just no easy way to do it. I usually end up cleaning it as I'm taking a shower.
