And Ivy Green, Helen Keller's birthplace, is a neat place to visit in North Alabama, near Florence, although I haven't been in many years.
Several performances of "Miracle Worker" are held in the summer and there is an annual Helen Keller Festival in June. Further details: Ivy Green |
