Well, had my shoulder surgery on Tuesday. The doctor said that it turned out I had more than a torn labrum. Guess I managed to tear the rotator cuff too and dented the ball joint in my shoulder. Well Dad told me if I was going to do something to do it right.
Now I am on the long road to being whole. I'm hoping that by summer I will be back to mostly normal....lots to do!!
So send me a few healing pixies.....I'm gonna need them.

Lots of healing coming your way!! And as Teresa said, do not over do it! You will start to feel better and will want to do more, but you will end up hurting yourself! We, as women, tend to over do it the minute we feel stronger, instead of giving ourselves permission to completely heal!! Give yourself permission to heal! Do the work, but do the rest as part of the process too. So glad you had the surgery as all of that stuff never would have corrected itself on it's own.
