We have even more Olympics tickets!
I really can't believe my luck - last night a whole heap of Olympics tickets appeared on the London 2012 site. I saw the first tickets for track cycling (couldn't get it) and there are tickets for the opening ceremony (but I'm not paying £1,000 per person upwards ) and the men's 100m finals (for £725 each! eeek: ).

I managed to snag two top priced seats in a great location on Centre Court at Wimbledon for the tennis! This is a huge deal for me, because while we've been to Wimbledon a few times before, we've always got Number One Court and I've always wanted to see matches on Centre Court - because now with the roof, you're guaranteed to see play. I have no idea who we'll be seeing play, but I'm exceptionally excited.

The current tally now is:

Three morning sessions of the athletics (track and field)
A single ticket for me to see the men's gymnastics
A pair of tickets for the tennis

Not bad... !

That's great! I always wondered how expensive opening ceremonies tickets went for. Yikes! How exciting to be able to see some events! Maybe we'll be able to see you on TV.

There are now opening ceremony tickets available, but from memory, the prices are £955, £1500 and £2012.

Congrats! I'm excited by your excitement, lol! I can't believe how much they want for Opening Ceremonies tickets, but I guess I CAN believe it! Wow! While I'm sure it willbe amazing to be there, I think I'll be much more comfortable watching from the comfort of my living room!
