At least you didn't order from the Laughing Place...waiting 4 months so far!

Edited to say it was ONLY 3 months not the 4 I wrote above and I have just received an email from Doobie at LP saying that 2 of the three items are unable to be sent. There will not be anymore LP orders from me!

I had an order for some pins that took almost three weeks before they were delivered. I called customer service and pretty much got no real answers. Was very shocked at their response and lack of concern.

You guys are giving me no hope on getiing my ornament I ordered as a cake topper. I ordered it on the 15th and they promised me I would have it by yesterday. I have not got it. I have now been told it was sent in the mail instead of UPS, but then when I called back they said no it is UPS but the tracking number is not right. I am going to be very upset if I dont have a cake topper for my wedding cake on Saturday.

I just had a very unpleasant experience with customer service at the disneystore.com. I ordered something on Nov. 23 and it still hasn't even shipped yet. They couldn't tell me if it would ship or if there was something wrong with the order. I got no info or satisfaction at all. Then I asked if there was an address I could write to to complain. Answer: no, send an email. How convenient. If you can't fill online orders in a timely manner, how can I believe that you'll look at an email? I was hoping to have the items this week so I could mail out the gifts on Saturday, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. Even if it is the Christmas season and they are backed up, there are thousands of people looking for work, certainly they could find some of them to work as seasonal help to lessen the burden. My advice? Get in your car and drive to the nearest Disney store when you want something. I will NEVER order from them again. I hope you get your package soon.

I finally got the package, but not even close to when I was told and........... the adult T shirt I ordered and is on the invoice came instead as a Infants age 3/6 months outfit instead.
I am just totally disappointed with the service. I suspect that there are some major issues going on with the Disneystore distribution centers that are way beyond just a matter of it getting close to the Holiday season rush.. I'm sorry but I do not consider early November as Holiday rush time. I ordered some items from Kohls the day before Thanksgiving and I had received all of the items by the end of the following week. I agree Joanne, I will not be ordering from the Dsneystore again, until I start hearing about better service. I think they need to do "Undercover Boss" there

Well, the order was placed 11/23 and today, 12/7, I finally got an email from someone who said she would find the order and ship it today. The order says that a label was created, but has not been picked up by UPS. After all I've been through (lies, lies, and more lies) I'm not sure I believe this. I'm wondering if this order is ever going to arrive, never mind arrive in time for me to ship the gifts in the order to their indended recipients.

NEVER again. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I am so sorry about all of your problems. I order 8-10 times a year from DIsney store and have only had one real issue which was resolved easily. I received my last order within a week of ordering and put the order in right after Thanksgiving.

I recently had an issue where I placed my order online as I usually do, but when my order arrived I was missing three items even though they were on the slip inside the box and my card was charged in full. I called customer service and they quickly reshipped the missing items, however, I had to select a replacement item for one that was now out of stock.

The box finally arrived. I had ordered; a teakettle, 4 shirts, and a tea infuser ball. The box was at least four feet long and about 2 feet across. I knew right then it was a bad sign. I received the tea kettle, 6 shirts, 3 tea infusers, a pair of slippers, and a fleece throw. I was missing one of the shirts I had ordered. So, I look on the packing slip; no number to call for customer service. Oh no, that you have to look up online. I call, and then wait while being forced to listen to awful teen music by Demi Lovato until finally getting a real person. Does he apologize? No. He tells me he can place another order for the missing shirt and if I'd like I can return the incorrect items. Really? I suggested he come and get them which prompted him to decide that I could just donate them to charity. Who knows when the missing shirt will arrive at this point. Luckily it was for a grown-up who should be ok with an IOU on Christmas morning.

I sent off a nasty email to them explaining the issues I've had and believe me, they've seen the last of my money. It would have been easier to drive to Orlando from NH and purchase what I wanted right on Main Street USA. It certainly would have been quicker!

I finally received my cake topper 4 days after the wedding and Minnie's head was broke off. I called them and they refumded my money. I am just glad it didnt come the morning of my wedding, I woud have been very upset. I was better off with no cake topper than I would have been with a broken one.

I have had issues with Disney Store shipping. Sometimes they come USPS, sometimes they come UPS with no difference in the type of shipping I chose or pay for during the checkout process. Last year I had an order that took over 6 weeks to arrive, while my last order was here in about 5 days. Living in Hawaii, I know to plan ahead for such things, but it's completely inconsistent.

I had the same issue with the processing time too, and on top of that I used two different gift cards and there was a problem with one so my order sat there with no updates. When I called updated the gift card info they said they would put a rush on it. A few days later I noticed my credit card had been card what the 2nd gift card was supposed to be charged. So I called and was told that it was to late when I called in a week earlier to change it. So I was stuck with the gift card and they would not reverse the charge. Took over 4 weeks to receive order from date it was ordered.
