Wow Cheryl, that sounds just wonderful, and what a great way to spend time with a friend.

I just have to tell you about the wonderful pampering day I've had. I went with a friend to a hotel about half an hour's drive from here and had a facial and pedicure already booked. When I arrived, I asked if they had any space for a back massage, as I had a really sore neck and shoulders and they had space, so I added that in as well!

We spent the first couple of hours swimming in their pool, relaxing in the steam room, sauna and whirlpool (better than Disney's and that's saying something) and their small pool, which had various massage jets, then we went off for our massages - SO relaxing. [img]images/icons/cool.gif[/img]

Then it was lunch, which was included as part of our day. We both had a prawn, crab and avocado basket for appetiser and a Caesar salad with prawns for main course - [img]graemlins/yuma.gif[/img]

Then it was off for the facial, which was wonderful and the pedicure, which was nice, but I wouldn't do again. I just couldn't see the point of it. Then I headed back to the pool areas and spent a further half hour on my own in the whirlpool, as the whole area was deserted.

Now I am SO relaxed! [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] I needed that after doing all that work in the garden yesterday. [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img]
