If you could make a \"Disney\" Candle scent . . .

what would it be?

I was in Yankee Candle yesterday and was wondering 'what would a Disney candle smell like'? So, what would it smell like for you?

How about the Ice Cream Shop on Main St.? It always smells like cinnamon/sugar ice cream waffle cones baking- that would make a good candle.

Or how about a WDW Transportation candle that smells like diesel exhaust fumes?

Mine would look and smell like a Dole Whip! Not that I actually recall how pineapplely (is that a word?) they smelled, but I'm going with it!

Someone posted before that the Home Sweet Home scent by Yankee smells just like the apple pie from Mickey's Philharmagic - and it truly does! I had to purchase it as that is one of our favorite attractions at MK - and I absolutely LOVE burning it! So, that is my Disney candle scent!

Home Sweet Home is one of my favorites! I could associate that with Disney very easily.

I love the "pineapply" idea!

Mine would be the smell of Main Street in Magic Kingdom. All of the sweet smells combining to make one GLORIOUS scent would be a great candle! FUN POST!

Pineapple! No Way! Chocolate! And you know what's coming! Sorry Cindy, can't pass up the opportunity to continue the Mbar vs. Dole Whip debate!

Really though, I would love a popcorn candle. I love the smell of popcorn at WDW and it always calls my name!

Re: If you could make a \"Disney\" Candle scent . . .

How about a candle that smells like hot dogs from Casey's? I agree that a "Main St scent" of all the smells found on Main St. combined would be great, or how about a chocolate chip cookie smell from Main St. Bakery? Seriously, they should do an "amusement park" scent that smells like cotton candy, carmel corn, fried dough all combined

BTW, there IS no debate! Mickey Bars RULE!!!

Re: If you could make a \"Disney\" Candle scent . . .

I would like a "Main Street" scent candle, too! Cotton candy, chocolate chip cookies, and popcorn with just a hint of hot asphalt or firework smoke!

How about "Epcot rose garden" or "Perfume Shop in France"? A warm, spicy "Morocco" fragrance? A "Living Seas" ocean-scented candle would be nice, too. I bet they could come up with a themed candle for each resort, too. Woodsy smells for Wilderness Lodge, beachy smells for Yacht Club, beachy smells plus cotton candy for Boardwalk, tropical flowers for the Polynesian, monorail plus breakfast smells for the Contemporary...

Sounds like WDW should start a candle shop!

Re: If you could make a \"Disney\" Candle scent . . .

For me, there only one defining Disney World scent. It's the smell of chlorinated churning water, like on any of the boat rides at WDW, Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc. That's the only "scented candle" I'd ever buy.
