| Tornados???
We just started a severe thunderstorm watch/warning (I forget which is worse) here in Litchfield County, CT. There is also a severe tornado watch out. It is now very dark and thundering. No lightening yet but I know I will have to get off soon. I have to bring Andrew to the high school for band (which they have not cancelled) and DH Tom works for Fed Ex so he is out in this mess. I am so glad this is now and not this weekend with so many passporters coming out for the CT meet! (we are up to 34 people!-includes family members but still a great meet!).        |

We were under a tornado watch last Thursday for several hours but nothing came of it other than lots of sorely needed rain. | |

We are under a severe thunderstorm watch, too, and the counties just to the north (only about a mile north of us) are under a tornado watch/warning. At about 2:50, I was in the grocery store and it got dark and really windy, then the rain came and it was blowing sideways! I had to load and unload my car in that!   Now it looks better but they just said that there is another storm system on it's way. And DH has to drive home from Philly in this!
Well, summer is really here...I guess we have to take the thunderstorms if we want the hot weather!   | |

We're just in the middle of some bad thunderstorms!! Stay safe and sound everyone!! Grab pillows and get in the tub if it gets nasty!! (that's what my dad made us do when I was little  )  | |
