| New \"non G-force\" M:S to debut today Didn't know if you guys knew this already, the new version of Mission:SPACE is starting today.
There is a Green team and an Orange team. The Green team is now loading through the single rider line and there is no G-force on this one. You are given a green ticket when you enter the queue and have to present your ticket to the CM before boarding the ride to make sure you are on the right one.
The Orange team is boarding through the regular stand-by line and the ride hasn't changed.
Not quite sure how they will manage fast pass, but I am sure they will figure it out. |

I think it'll be like watching a short movie in a phone booth |

I don't see how it could possibly be interesting. |

| Re: New \"non G-force\" M:S to debut today Dos this mean that there is no longer a single rider line at all? If so, my sis will not be happy! I can't ride the original (once was enough! and I have no interest in riding the non-spinning one), so my sis always used the single rider line for a quick ride while I payed games in the exit area or did soemthing else. |

| Re: New \"non G-force\" M:S to debut today I'd still like to try it! Can't believe they got it done so quickly! Now DD can try it to see if she likes it, and then get the full effect if she wants more |

| Re: New \"non G-force\" M:S to debut today Wonder why they didn't name the Gforce line the Green team,
G for Gforce and Green for green when you get off.
i think i'll save this ride for the diehards. |

| Re: New \"non G-force\" M:S to debut today Glad to hear it's up so fast, as we're making our first trip to Disney next week. Total ride wimp here (one nasty roller coaster in my early 20's and none since--but no theme parks since either). I was really interested in the ride, but intimidated by all the news, and was planning on skipping it. Now I think I'll try it with ds (5). The atmosphere, the make-believe should do it for us...And maybe thereafter I might try the regular one alone (dh is NOT interested...)!
Would love to see someone's impressions of it. |

| Re: New \"non G-force\" M:S to debut today I wonder if the "slingshot 'round the moon" is going to be more like "a gently rocking carriage ride 'round the moon". |

| Re: New \"non G-force\" M:S to debut today I would be interested in opinions on the non-G force part too! I rode Mission Space 1 time back in 2003, as they worked on the soft open, it was awesome, but I have since gotten a heart condition and don't feel comfortable riding again, but would like to try the non-G force one instead. It's a ver intense ride, and would ride again but don't want to take the chance. |
