Epcot passport

Are the Epcot passport only for kids? How much fun I would have doing this. Would I look a little silly doing this? Have any of you other Adults Kids done this?

2 words (well, 3, really...):

DO IT, GIRL!!!

Epcot passports are so much fun, and, given your particular sense of adventure, are a great way to conduct an Official Hunt for THE International Male...

(If I *ever* make it to Day 10 on my trip report, I'll give you a run-down on the World Showcase's Top 10 Hotties...)

You'll be one of the only adults doing it, but my goodness, they're fun!!! And only $9.95...

Go for it!!!

In 2000 DF and I did them. At first I thought it would be corny, but it ended up actually being cool. It reminded me of when I did it as a kid and brought back a lot of memories.

Re: Epcot passport

I bought one for my MIL, who is housebound. My DH and I went around to each of the countries and told the people it was a gift. MIL always wanted to travel the world but can't due to illness. We also bought the coins from the countries (whenever any of the family travels out of the country we bring her "funny money" from around the world) and some of the postcards.
Each signer writes a message in their native language. Some will translate it into English for you underneath if there is room. I asked them to tell me what it said and wrote out the message in print in the back of the Passport so she would be able to understand each one.
She loved it and we really enjoyed the experience.
Now I'm going to have to get into the Pin trading thing ...

My sister and I did it last year and loved it!! In China I found a cashier who did it for us. I don't remember Mexico though. It's really cool!! The people in Morocco wrote our names in their language. DO IT and have fun!!

Re: Epcot passport

Yeah, I did it and it was great fun! We made it a bit more of an adventure. We had ONE day to get all the countries stamped, AND I had to get my picture with each of the people who stamped my passport. It was a great souvenir, and a fun activity! Talk about a whirlwind tour...do it!!!

Re: Epcot passport

Could someone help Tinkerbee and I out? We know nothing about the Epcot passport (I would like to know the cost) and this thread kind of "fizzled out" before our questions were answered.
THanks so much!!
