Hello everyone..
For those who have used Parent Swap at many of the rides...could you please give info on some rides and how it works. There will be some rides that some of the kids wont be riding, should we take both kids in line and then have either myself or DH go first and then switch, or do we go in a separate line? Thanks...

Tell the first cast member you come to (there's usually someone at the start of the FastPass return line) that you want to do a swap. For most rides, the parent who is not riding will be given a return pass similar to a FastPass that is good for up to 4 people (in case older kids want to ride again with the other parent). After you have swapped kids, you simply present the pass and enter the FastPass line. If you need help figuring out the best place to meet the people exiting the ride, just ask the cast member.

Some rides work differently. For example, on Star Tours my daughter and I went through the queue with my husband and son and waited outside the vehicle while they rode. As soon as the ride ended, we were let into the vehicle so I could hand off my daughter to my husband and sit down next to my son, who didn't need to get out of his seat before riding again. On Dinosaur, I wanted to walk through the queue with DH and DS, but the CM wouldn't let my daughter in at all, so we waited in the gift shop by the exit. (Actually, we rode Triceratops Spin because the line was minimal, then waited in the gift shop at Dinosaur.)
