Not scary at all, in my opinion. If you have ridden in a car on the expressway, you can handle it. I know there is no way my DS4 could handle EE or TOT, and I had no problem taking him on TT.

I agree with Jennifer. I drive faster on the freeway, for crying out loud. It is not scary by any means, it's more educational to me. If you could handle EE and ToT, then this is a piece of cake. Literally, almost a kiddie ride!!! (this is all my opinion, of course!)

I don't find it scary either. As others have said, it's just like being on the freeway. The only difference is you don't have control of the car.

You can definitely do it. I like TT, but consider it pretty mild - the most "extreme" part of it is going 64 miles an hour, and I do that on the interstate every day. If you can handle EE and TOT, you'll be fine!

It's not a scary ride. My youngest son went on it when he was only 5 and he loved it! It's a family fave and my husband doesn't like "thrill rides", but test track is his all-time favorite ride. Give it a shot. I bet you love it.

It's fairly mild even by Disney standards

Test Track is the weakest of Disney's thrill rides. I think Splash Mountain's hill may have more of a scare factor actually.

We didn't find the ride scary at all. It does go a little fast at one point and it's a little bumpy at times, but as my DS9 said at the end, "that was just like driving with GrandDad!" Be brave, you can do it!

It is a fun ride. Not scary at all. The fast part is great, but not scary. I laugh the entire time.

test track is so much fun!!! the scariest part about it is the two seconds before you go outside. but it's not that bad, i'm just a chicken! I LOVE test track and could ride it over and over. and i hate thrill rides (though i have done ToT!!! )!

As everyone else has noted, it is very tame. The speed on the outside gets up to 60+, and feels more, but that's because it's a small vehicle over which you have no control! The DGDs it. GO, by all means!

I dont think you'll have any problems with this ride. It's kinda neat at first, but after a couple times, you might get bored with it. It's a great ride, but not at all scary.
