They are in various places, you have to get there early, like a few minutes before park opening so you are among the first to get in, those spots go quick. Esp in August! There are shade umbrellas in all the sitting areas, as I remember.
At BB, after entering, we went to the left and found some shady spots next to one of the beverage stands in front of the wave pool. We were in the sand back up by the railing and it stayed shady the whole time we were there as we were under some big trees. Haven't been to TL yet.
