These are great tips with the exception of #2 - unfortunately due to the accident last year guests are no longer allowed to ride up front

Not a bad article, but it left out a lot of common free stuff:

* Maps for all the parks and resorts are free for the asking
* On check in at any WDW resort, you are given a packet of info about WDW that makes a nice keepsake
* Napkins from the eateries (the unused ones, of course)
* Bags from the souvenier shops (included with any purchase)
* Your park passes are one of the best keepsakes
* Parking passes from the parks or resorts, if you have a car
* WDW resort room keys
* Photopass cards

I'm not sure how Kim Possible makes the list as a "souvenir" but...

They also did not say anything about some of kids' meal plates. They are often in the shape of a Mickey head and can easily be washed out for use at home.

Also some of the alcoholic drinks do come with souvenir cups that you can take home.

I agree with Pam about the alcholic drink glasses. We got a big mug from the germany area that is a great suvie.

We still have our room keys and our ticket cards(military). When u get a refillable mug that eventually becomes a great keepsake for drinks at home.

we always keep our maps and hotel packets.

There are plenty of opps to get free suvies.

In six trips to WDW and more kids meals than I can count, we've never gotten one of these.
