DD got a bead making machine for her birthday to roll beads like this, and templates to cut the papers to make various sizes and shapes.
I'll still have my friend buy me some at Epcot next month, but DD can make herself one out of the Harry Potter brochures from US/IOA.

Here's a couple pictures of a few of the bracelets I purchased last December, one of the pictures has the bags that I received for each individual bracelet. Unfortunately I don't remember if pricing was different for stringing your own and buying premade. I believe it was the same price. Everyone I have given them to loved them.

At the Outpost in Epcot. someone else posted "They also have a kiosk at DTD, and I think I saw one at HS by RnRC.".

These are on my radar now for our trip in March! Can you take flyer or something that explains them? I'm thing about a couple as teacher gifts and it'd be great to have them know that they're not just a simple bracelet.
