There is a Test Track topic active. I posted last night around 7 pm EDT that Test Track is CLOSED until Fall and that I drank 4 shots of Beverley. There was an offical Disney site that said it would open end of September but weather and parts can delay any project.

Yes, looks like it is closed and will be for quite a while. I saw a Facebook post yesterday of pictures of the walls they've put up around the attraction. I've seen some sites listing it as reopening in September, but others that say November, so it's anyones' guess right now.

The "word" from Disney is even confusing. What they are telling travel agents in the current refurbishment lists is "FALL 2012" . . . what they have posted on the public website is November 30, 2012. So as of right now, it really IS up in the air for now. Hopefully come summer time they will be able to have more of a firm opening date!
Suck, this might be closed during our visit. Then again, I would suck to have this attraction open around the time we would be visiting. New/revamped attraction can make it impossible to get on. I mean, there is always a line for test track, even the fastpass line is crazy. Guess we have to look forward to this some other time.
I hope that it is open when we go at the end of october begining of november

Oh, I hope Disney gets it together enough to have it open by November. D: Saying "Fall 2012" is rather silly when it doesn't open until the very end of fall.

So as of right now, it really IS up in the air for now. Hopefully come summer time they will be able to have more of a firm opening date!
