It'll be me, DH, DSis, and DBil. The kids will all be at one of the kids' clubs. Amy suggestions in what we should do. It'll be late around 3:30 until early evening, therefore I'm not sure if any performers will still be out. Thanks.
Bistro de Paris, upstairs at French pavilion. order the chocolate souffle at the beginning of the meal if they are serving it. What a great meal. Went years ago, before Lactose Intolerance took hold. GREAT meal
Performers come out at various times throughout the day in WS, almost till Illuminations time, so you can still see some great stuff. Check the times guide when you arrive.
With no kids in tow, the possibilities for adult beverages open up. There are a number of great possibilities in WS - Rose and Crown, the slushy stand in France, La Cantina restaurant in Mexico, and several more great options in the Epcot Resorts area, accessible via a short walk through International Gateway between France and England.
Having no kids also makes for a perfect time to sit down for some of the shows and movies that the kids may not have enjoyed or had the proper attention span to endure, as well as taking in the cultural exhibits in China, Japan, Norway, etc.
And just because you're in WS doesn't mean you have to stay in WS - you can hop over to the Epcot resorts to do some resort exploration and enjoy a snack (perhaps a Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream?), or go to DHS to enjoy an attraction or show. Or just return to Future World and repeat some of your faves, like Mission: Space, Spaceship Earth, or Test Track. Grab something sweet at the Fountainview Bakery. Have a Beverly contest at Club Cool.
Just taking a break from touring for an hour by grabbing a beverage or snack and staking out a table at Kringla, La Cantina, Lotus Blossom, Tangerine Cafe, Electric Umbrella, or Seasons can be a welcome addition to your day. You don't have to Mach GO-GO-GO! all day long if you don't want to. Enjoy your vacation. I'm sure you've earned it.
I have the Times Guide for April 1-7 right here.

Mom calls to check on me and reminded me to pay the gardener. I love her so much.
Disneyland was fun with flag retreat and pickles. I have a home here, thank you. GAC is NOT a "front of the line pass".
She is gone but keeping signature. Laundry is getting done. My purpose in life is to help poor people in FL. Farewell, will miss you.
Have a nice dinner somewhere, we enjoy Le Cellier, Tutto, Teppan Edo, Coral Reef, so many places in WS, or go over to BC- we had a nice meal at Captains Grille, and Cape May.
The Tequilla Bar in Mexico is fun. Love the adult slushies around WS. The Mimes in France are hilarious. Stroll along the Boardwalk. Enjoy your time off
