When we rode last week, the CM told me I had to have my youngest on my lap because the cars can whip around a bit. My four year old (he's the size of my two year old) was fine sitting on his own next to me.
This was our least interesting park with a 3-year old. She was scared of Indiana Jones and the Great Movie ride, and she enjoyed TSMM but was too little to actually play the game. So you have backlot tour, meet and greets, and the shows (LMA, Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast, Muppets). It filled a day, but the other 3 parks were much more interesting.
I'm looking forward to going back next year when she's tall enough for Star Tours!

I have to agree with this. We did the Toy Story ride and it was fun, but I'm not sure I would take a 10mos. old on. I think you'll be too busy trying to hold on to your baby. And for as long as the line can be, I don't think you'll find it worth the wait.
Although my DD and I both loved the Little Mermaid show, the park just wasn't fun enough for her (she was 4 1/2 at the time). I'm sure she may enjoy it a bit more as she gets older, but it was my least favorite park as well. I'm opting for Epcot this time around.
