We rode TT on Tuesday. I really liked the ride. I know they didn't change the tracks, but it definitly felt different. We were very confused with how you designing your car and then how it really relates to the ride.
All I have read about is the reality part of it. You build your own car. I have not heard about the ride. I just cannot image how the 2 come together. Hoping to hear something about the whole ride really soon!!!!

From only watching it on youtube,I do not like the new look, too much like a Tron feeling. guess our next trip I will ride it to see if it is different in person. I hope it is good this was my favorite ride
We rode it twice on Wednesday, December 5th. First time was stand by line - we were in the first group of people to be admitted after 9:00am opening. Each group of two or three guests designs their vehicle and then when you get to the actual ride, you tap your card on the button that corresponds with your seat location in the car. First row and second row can both have different designs. As you go through the ride, it gives you updates on how your design fared on each of the various tests. When you're finished there is a big screen at the exit that tells you what your score is compared with high score of the day. It's hard to explain but very cool!
When we rode with our FPs the design room is separate and the process is simplified. You only get to pick which option is most important to you - and then choose your car from the choices they give you. It takes about 30 seconds and you are whisked into the line.
In the showroom there are some interactive things you can do with your card: "drive" your car through the course via video (we didn't do this, but I think that's what they were doing) and take a photo with a background and some ofthe showroom models and send them to yourselves via email. There weren't very many people in the post ride area when we went through so it was fun to try some of those things.
We rode the new test track on 12/7 and we were disappointed after all the hype. We preferred the old test track and miss the old que line with many more photo opportunites.
