I am happy to report the answer to your question can be found on p. 188 of PassPorter 2004 edition. 10:30am-11:00pm Sundays-Thursdays, and 10:30 am-midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

I hope PassPorter's hours are correct. It is the ONLY source I have seen which puts the hours as starting that early. Everywhere else I've seen shows it to open at 11:30 am. I've even searched the Official Disney site, and can't find ANY official hours posted there. Since we are planning to spend as much time as we can fit in there on our last day, I'm planning to call and check with DQ once we are down there.
