| Re: Are you a parade person? No, not really. We're more ride people--we try to get on the side of the park that we want to be on before the parades so we don't get stuck! (Plus the lines are much shorter for the rides during the parades!) If we happen to catch a parade, we might occasionally stop, but otherwise, we don't go out of our way to see them. |

| Re: Are you a parade person? I like the nightime parades but am not so keen on the daytime ones, I have seen Spectro and MSEP, I remember the very first time I went to WDW and saw Spectro I was so awed, I remembered something my friend at work had said, she said she would cry if she ever went on Safari or saw the nightime parade at Disney, she is such a lovely girl and I shed a tear on her behalf.

I don't mind sitting for an hour to get a good spot. I love watching the people around me, sometimes they provide more amusement than a circus
We don't get to see every parade on each trip, but we try to see most of them, especially the night ones. |

| Re: Are you a parade person? The only parade we aim to see lately is Spectromagic. With the other parades being in the middle of the afternoon, we are usually on our nap/pool break, and end up missing them. I'm hoping in December when the weather is cooler, the kids will last longer and we'll be able to see Share a Dream Come True and Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade. We've also seen the Stars and Motorcars Parade at MGM, as that was late enough in the afternoon for us |

| Re: Are you a parade person? My sister loves the Share A Dream Come True parade at MK so we almost always see that one when we are at MK. I LOVE Mickey's Jammi' Jungle parade so I always make it a point to see that one as well. I made it a point this last trip to see Stars & Motor Cars which I really enjoyed but I doubt I will see that one again. My favorite parade of all time was the Christmas Parade in 2002 we got to see it on Christmas Day and it was incredible. I think the parade was at 3 that day and we stacked out our spots at noon! We sat right behind the flagpole at the head of Main Street looking at the castle! It was a perfect spot to watch the parade from and well worth the wait. |

| Re: Are you a parade person? I would really love to see the parades, but the timing is not good for us. We always do early entry and leave about noon to go back to the room, for rest and swimming. When we get back to the park the parades have either already begun or are over. One time we arrived back to MK, just when the parade was beginning and found a great spot and watched the whole thing. We do see the spectromagic parade because it is at night. Rest and swimming take preference over the parades. |

| Re: Are you a parade person? I wouldn't say that we are really a parade-type family.
Our first trip to WDW of 8 days, we only watched the Main Street Electric Parade. We were much more interested in doing rides and other attractions to spend time waiting for a parade. As we've visited more, we've taken time to see all the recent parades, but usually will only go out of our way to attend one parade a trip. Once we've seen one, we don't make a point to see it again unless we happen along it. |

| Re: Are you a parade person? Not really, have seen one in 5 trips. Hopefully will do more sometime-I'm not against them but if I have a choice right now I prefer to do rides(nighttime) or nap (daytime). I'm guessing that will change as DD gets older though. I'd LOVE to see Spectro but have to settle for TR pictures |

| Re: Are you a parade person? Love the nighttime parade at MK - SpectroMagic, or in the old days - the Electric Light Parade.
As far as daytime parades are concerned - I loved Tapestry of Dreams in Epcot, and it is sorely missed. I liked Jamming Jungle Parade nearly as much. I've only caught snippets of the MGM and SADCT parades, and would NEVER bother to wait for the whole thing - they just don't do it for me! |

| Re: Are you a parade person? I'm not much of a parade person but I'm willing to try everything once. I adored Tapestry of Dreams and I liked Spectromagic. This trip, I'm really going to make an effort to see the afternoon parades but most of the time I'm already relaxing by the pool. |

| Re: Are you a parade person? Yes, we love the parades. SpectroMagic is our favorite and we never miss it. We have seen all the current daytime parades running now and Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade is definitely our fave. We really didn't care too much for the Stars & Motor Cars parade. Our DD (age 4) loves the parades, so we always try to see them when we can. I think during our upcoming trip at the end of November, we will probably only catch the Christmas parade during MVMCP and will forego the daytime parades this time around. I don't think we will catch SpectroMagic this trip because it seems like during off-season they only run it on Saturday nights and we won't be there on a Saturday. But to answer your question, yes we love the parades! |
