| Carousel of Progress
Does anyone know the status of this classic? I've heard all sorts of rumors about its fate after Stitch opens, but nothing certain. I would love to ride this again when we are there in August of next year. |

I had heard that they were closing it in Jan and dismantling it  6yo DD was devastated and 8yo was none too happy. They *love* this attraction (as do I)!       | |

It seems a shame if they're dismantling it. We went on it on the Monday before Thanksgiving and our theater was almost full.

For those of you not familiar with him, I find Jim Hill usually pretty reliable with his WDW info, so we should have CoP for a little longer...

RAD, thanks for the link. I dearly hope that we will have COP for as long as possible as, not only do I love this attraction but I look on it as one of the strongest links at WDW to Walt Disney. I still remember when you used to be able to hear Walt's voice singing the theme song on this attraction.
