Re: traveling with an 8 and 6 year old

I'd rent a Stroller at EPCOT for your six year old.... your 8 year old will probably be fine...but World Showcase has a lot of walking... I even get tired.

We will be there the first week in October with our kids 1, 3, 5, and we are bringing one double stroller and one umbrella stroller... We used this tactic last year when my oldest was 4 and he was happy in the stroller for certain...and it allowed us to cover more ground... plus I didn't have to worry about loosing a kid in a crowd...

When I was 8 and 6 I remember being crammed in a stroller, yes, the old ankle breakers!

Re: traveling with an 8 and 6 year old

Our kids were 9, 6 and 5 when we went in October 2003 and we didn't rent a stroller. However, my friend did (her kids were 8, 6 and 4) and by the middle of our trip, my 5 year old NEEDED a place to sit sometimes. So, if we were together for the day, we rented a double stroller, or 2 single strollers (plus, by the middle of the week, I was tired of carrying around all the stuff and the stroller came in handy for ALL of us!).
