Remember a while back I put in a posting telling you all that Disney was trying out a new fast food ordering system that utilized computers? Well, apparently the experiment was less than successful because they are now taking out the computers. The buzz is that the ordering process was too confusing, so they are going to work on the software to make it more user-friendly.

Just wanted to give you an update...

I'm kinda sorry to hear that. I used it at the food court in PO several times, and in Pecos Bills in the MK. We had no problem with it, other than once it didn't print the receipt. But, a CM was there before I could blink and everything was fine.

It worked out very well for us. I hope they can improve on it, and bring it back even better.

I was really looking forward to trying this, too, and am disappointed that it didn't work out. Maybe they'll fix the software and have them back up before we get there in October!
