monorail

Hi i was just reading a post about someone wanting to ride the epcot monorail. On our 1st day, in order for my children to ride the monorail (no parks that day). I was thinking of say driving to the poly, ask to park so we can tour the resort, jump on the monorail then back to our car. I thought this might be a good little side trip. I realize that i could take a bus from CBR to MK or TTC or even epcot and jump on a monorail there, but we like to drive around plus after that we will be going off properety to visit family. Any ideas.

Re: monorail

The Poly will allow you three hours to park. If you think you can get the loop done in time, then parking at Poly is fine. If not, park at the TTC and take as long as you need!

Have fun!

Re: monorail

Parking at the Poly would be fine. They give you a 3-hour parking pass to use. They never enforce the passes, though, so if you're still touring the resort you don't need to worry.

Re: monorail

That'll work! Just remember that the Monorail you will board at the Polynesian is not the one that goes to Epcot. You will have to take the Polynesian monorail all the way around to the TTC then transfer to the Epcot Monorail.

Never say never! I know of people who have seen the 3-hour rule enforced on their trips. Better safe than sorry!
