Typhoon Lagoon vs. Blizzard Beach We've been to both of these water parks, but never with our niece who is 2 1/2 years old. In other words, have never even seen the kiddie areas! Anyone out there with little ones who may be able to shed some light on which water park has a better area for the kids, especially a two or three year old? I'm guessing size of the area will be pretty important also. Thanks!

Re: Typhoon Lagoon vs. Blizzard Beach I've never been to BB, but have been to TL. The kiddie area was too tame for my 6 yr old niece, but plenty of smaller kids were having a great time! They have gentle little slides, bouncy animals to ride that are surrounded by mini fountains that spray, and an area where kids can operate squirt guns at each other (and innocent passers-by). It's in a separate area so you don't have to worry about older kids being too rowdy.

Re: Typhoon Lagoon vs. Blizzard Beach We were at BlizzardBeach last October with our three girls. Our youngest was 3 at the time and very timid when it comes to the water and going down the slides without mom or dad! Blizzard Beach has an entire area just for Tots! Plenty of beach chairs. They have a couple of bigger slides, but then they have an area that has very little slides. The pool is a 0 depth entry to little ones can just sit and play in the water. My little girl loved it. She wasn't at all intimidated by the slides. Although I have never been to TL, I can vouch that BB is wonderful for little tikes!! CoachMickey
