Disney.com problems

I was just wondering if anyone else is having a difficult time accessing information about Walt Disney World Resort on disney.com? I have for the past couple of days and it's driving me crazy! I can learn about Disneyland, cruise and other locations but it says "an error has occured" every time I click on Disney World Resort. I was just trying to find out if they posted May park hours yet.

Re: Disney.com problems

I did yesterday. It was starting to make me mad, so I logged off and disconnected and played mahjongg. Gotta love that game!

I still can't get the hours up today.
Oh, well, will check later.

Re: Disney.com problems

I can't get past the first page. It keeps saying "Uh Oh Error", it's driving me crazy! It was working fine when I go to Disney cruise or Disneyland but not for Disney World. I am getting frustrated!

Re: Disney.com problems

I have mine book marked and it's always worked, but just tried to get in another ways and here's how I did it ... type in disneyworld.disney.go.com
and once you get in, click on site sort cuts, then click on park hours. Still no hours though!

Re: Disney.com problems

Same "uh oh problem" here as well - I can only get in by searching or going through shortcuts. Highly annoying, but even DH, the computer whiz, is at a loss. I just go in under my DS's computer identity, since my book mark no longer works....
lilprincess - I would have thought the same thing if it only happened to me at work!!

Re: Disney.com problems

I feel your pain!! We leave in 35 days...when I spoke to a CM to confirm some priority seatings he said they don't get them until a month out.

So I thought they would be up today. But no way! Maybe it's a cruel April Fools joke! I was so excited to put the park hours in my Passporter. Oh well...the waiting is the hardest part!

Re: Disney.com problems

Did you try disneyworld.com?? That's the one I always use so I can bypass all the other stuff, and I haven't had a problem yet. Was in there yesterday and this morning.

Re: Disney.com problems

Since their home page has the little music playing now, I wonder if that is messing up on some of your computers. Personally I find it annoying. I can't sneak on to thier site any more. Just something else to check.

Re: Disney.com problems

Deb Will's site has tentative hours for May posted on her site. It seems the CRO and Disney Dining are privy to the hours now, it's just not posted on Disney's site. -HiddenMickey
