mission space height requirements? Hey guys, I've heard a bunch about the new Mission Space ride. I was just wondering what the height/age requirements were? We're going back in December 2004, and we will have kids that are 5 and 6 years old. My daughter loves the fast exciting rides. For anyone who has been able to ride this ride -- will the kids like it? Or is it too much? Thanks guys, Sherry

Re: mission space height requirements? Sherry, We just rode it a couple of weeks ago and they were very strict about height. 44" is the minimum height. They put the stick and it went over my son's (age 5) head by literally a hair -- but he wasn't going to ride it anyway, LOL! It made me a bit nauseous but it was an incredible ride (not like a roller coaster - you sit in a pretty tight space and experience it. The ride is basically a centrifuge -- you're spinning most (if not all) of the time. Your kids may love it, though.

Re: mission space height requirements? They also were very stringent when checking height when we went on it. I don't think my kids will be ready for it for a couple of years- it just depends on your kids tolerance for rides, even though this is different from say, BTMRR or Space Mountain. Good Luck!
