Height requirements

Going in Nov. My 4 yr old is just shy of 40 inches by 1/4 inch. Will she be allowed to go on the 40 inch and up rides? There are a lot of rides it seems for that min. height. Thanks!

Re: Height requirements

I read a tip somewhere that suggested putting the insoles in your child's shoes to give them a little extra height (providing the ride is appropriate for your child's age).

Re: Height requirements

Debbie its possible that she could grow that 1/4 of an inch by November. They do check and if she's close enough that it looks like 40 inches they may let her on.

You can go to www.wdwig.com/rr.htm to read about the height restrictions and why they are set at the levels they are.

Re: Height requirements

Is she just shy of 40 inches in bare feet? Any sort of sandal or sneaker should bring her up to the minimum, since most shoes nowaday seem to have chunky soles!

Re: Height requirements

Thanks for all the advice. I did measure her in her bare feet. She loves rides so I will try to take her on as many as possible. She just may have a growth spurt before then!
