MGM, AK or Epcot?

Traveling in Nov for the 1st time to DW with our kids age 4,7,and 9. We will only be there for 3 full days and did not get park hopper passes. We will definitely spend 2 days at MK, but where should we spend the other day given our kids ages ... the 7 year old is the only brave one who may go on the big thrill rides! Thanks for suggestions.

I would definately do MGM, its a perfect park that you can fit into one day. The stage shows are awesome and there is alot for little ones to do there, that aren't big thrill rides.

I would also choose MGM. There are a lot of shows that are age appropriate for them. It's also the park with Lightning McQueen and Mater which appeal to younger kids.

Our kids never really liked much at MGM so we never felt we got our "money's worth" there. However, they both adored Epcot; there's lots to do on both sides. That being said, MGM sounds like it would be a good choice for you as well.

MGM.
Animal Kingdom doesn't have enough to do for a full day if you're not doing the thrill rides.
Epcot is a little too spread out and not very character-centric.

Animal Kingdom is actually a park we will not do on our next trip!

I loved Epcot BUT it really isn't for kids!

MGM - That's the one! Great shows, good rides, lots of themed places to eat!

We love MGM, but I'm almost thinking Epcot. There's such a wide variety of things that you could do there, that everyone would be happy. You won't get through the whole park in a day, but if you don't do Mission Space or Test Track that would free up time for other things.

I'd vote for Epcot. With the addition of the Nemo ride, and with Figment, Spaceship Earth (seems to be a favorite of smaller kids,) and the rides in Mexico and Norway, I think there are plenty of family rides. Test Track and Soarin' are milder "thrill" rides that almost everyone can enjoy. Plus, you're giving the kids two days at Magic Kingdom! Kick back with a margarita from Mexico and enjoy some adult time too!

I would vote for Epcot followed by MGM and then AK. Epcot has plenty to do for all ages. While MGM is fun, it's not an all day park for us. I will say however, Fantasmic is AMAZING. We saw it for the first time this year and I was expecting it to awesome but it was so much better than I could have imagined. AK also has some really good attractions, but for us it lacks what the other parks have to offer.

Gotta go w/ Epcot. If you're there from open to close, you can get a lot done.

There is plenty for the kids to do in Epcot. Both Future World and World Showcase have KidCot Fun Stops. (I'm sure Brad will pop in with a link to the awesome site he made regarding these Stops!) There is also Club Cool which is a great place to cool off and sample some beverages for free.

The new Nemo attraction is really cute and a nice addition to a great pavillion. Soarin is a nice gentle ride for those who are tall enough.

Mexico just revamped it's boat ride to feature the Three Caballeros and Donald Duck does meet and greets outside the Pavillion. I've also seen Belle, Beast, Snow White, Dopey and the crew from Aladdin in the World Showcase posing for pictures.

Have fun! Welcome to the boards!

You really can't go wrong with either MGM or EPCOT. If I had to pick, I would pick EPCOT. The children love Illuminations and Soarin'.
