| We are thinking about taking it, do they put you in a big group or do they do it by families?? Also, is this the one that has it where you can go underneath the park. Has anyone been, let me know what you thought!!

| love this tour Hi! DH and I did this tour in Sept. and Loved it we always book a tour onour long trips and we also love the backstage safari. KTTK was awesome you will be in a group but they usually offer this tour 3x per day so the groups are not too big. Our tour guide was Matthew and I definitely recommend him he was so awesome. This tour includes lunch at Colombia HH which is a nice air conditioned break and you do get to go down to the utilidoors. I won't say much because I don't want to ruin it for anyone but I can't say enough good things about this tour!

| We have done this tour as well and also had Matthew as our tour guide (he's an absolute gem). However, we did have quite a few people in our group (about 20 or so). That being said, we still never felt shorted in any way. It's an excellent tour that really helps you understand how Disney achieves their magic without spoiling the magic in any way, shape, or form. We did get the chance to go down into the utilidors but only for a very brief look. I found them rather disappointing actually. There were other parts of the tour which were far more fascinating. Joy

| They do "fill up" so there is a limit -- my guess would be that it's about 15-20 people. My group was about 10 and it was still very intimate and personal. They give you an earpiece so you can hear anything the guide says without him having to shout - he can even whisper things to you so other guests can't hear. This tour includes a break for lunch (price included in the tour), a special pin, a name badge and fabulous information. You'll also get to ride at least one ride with the tour guide -- some tours get through two rides. They point out all kinds of interesting things on the rides. You will go backstage at least once or twice, plus a trip into the Utilidors beneath the Magic Kingdom. You will most likely not be able to bring a camera with you (some tour guides make you stow them and some allow you to take pictures while you're on "show" -- but no tour guide will allow you to take pictures "backstage.") It's a lot of walking, but they have rest room breaks scheduled in as well as opportunities for you to sit in intervals throughout the tour. I've done several tours now and this is still one of my favorites! Eileen PS - just want to add that this tour has an age limit -- you must be 16 years or older to take the tour.

| This is probably our favourite of all the behind the scenes tours Disney offers. We loved being able to explore the Utilidors under the Magic Kingdom. I guess our group had around 10 - 15 people in it.

| That sounds great, after 12 trips we might have to give it a try. My brother turns 16 while we are there...does that make a difference?? Also, i have heard ((read)) many good things about this fellow Matthew, do i just ask for him or does he have a last name?? What time of the day would you reccomend attending?? One more question, i saw one time that a tour guide had her "people" walking backwards....hopping on one leg....and running in circles, this isnt the same tour is it, i find that a little quirky, although that is how i usually act at home!!

| DH and I have done this tour and we loved it. We probably had about 20 people in our group. Lunch at Columbia Harbour House was a nice break in the day. It is a great tour and does not ruin the magic.

| Be sure to sign up for a day after your brother turns 16 or maybe even on his birthday. I don't know that you can request a guide, but there is no reason you can't ask if he is doing tours the days you are considering and try to get him. I think you may be more likely to see the guide walking backwards on this tour rather than the guests.

| We loved our tour. I think our guide was Robin (back in 2004) and she did an excellent job. Quote:

| We also did KTTK in September and it was one of the most fun things we've ever done. Matthew was our guide also, and if you could I would ask if he is doing a tour on your desired day. I can't remember his last name - but he's blonde and from Illinois. . . . LOL. Seriously, maybe they'll know if you tell them that. He was absolutely awesome and I honestly don't know if we would have had as good of a time if he wasn't our guide. . . . You will love him and the tour!!!

| Just wanted to inform everyone who is considering this tour that cameras are now completely restricted. I just booked this tour for my solo trip and she said purses/fanny packs are allowed, but cell phones and cameras will be locked up in lockers. Even with that I'm still looking forward to it! Since someone asked (and I just booked about 10 mins ago) the CM said they're offered 3 times in the morning: 8:30, 9 and 9:30. |

| I am taking the KTTK tour in June with my aunt (Luvsun). I can't wait. It sounds exciting and fun. And we won't mind the walking - we walk all over the "World" when we are there! Also looking forward to eating at the Columbia Harbor House. Hope we get a fun and informative guide!!! Last edited by Nemo125; 02-11-2008 at 04:38 PM.. |

| We did this tour in September, Matthew was our tour guide aswell, he was great. We had lunch at Columbia Harbor House. Also, you get on some attractions during your tour, and since Matthew or your tour guide is basically your fastpass. Its alot of fun. I wont give too much away, but being underground in the utilidors was really interesting. I wish we could have cameras, but we locked everything in a locker. I think we are going to do the AK tour this sept.
