Voyage of The Little Mermaid?

Does anyone know if this is still open at HS? I just read in The Unofficial Guide w/Kids that it may be closing in 2007

Thanks!

The same Tarzan Rocks that they removed from AK??? Now I for one LOVED Tarzan Rocks at AK and sorry to all you Nemo fans but am not overly crazy about the Nemo Musical at AK and wish Tarzan Rocks was still there HOWEVER I find it odd they would pull it from one park and then later replace something else as great as Little Mermaid with the same show they prreviously yanked

I saw nothing on the WDW park website for Disney Hollywood Studios that would indicate this.

The Guide w/Kids is a bit confusing on this subject. After reading it again, I'm not sure what it is going to be replaced with. Here is what it says:

"Back in January 2006, Disney Theatrical Productions was readying the stage-musical version of Tarzan for its Broadway debut. Theatrical saw Animal Kingdom's Tarzan Rocks! show as competition for its Broadway show, so Tarzan Rocks! had to close before the New York show could open. And since the Broadway musical version of The Little Mermaid is supposed to open in the 2007-08 season...well, I guess you can see why Ariel's days of performing at Disney-MGM are now numbered." (A Peek Behind the Scenes with Jim Hill, pg. 328)

Sounds like they are giving an opinion on what might happen based on what happened with Tarzan. Doesn;t sound like a definite thing. Let's hope it's wrong!!
