Watermelon is our family favorite!!

Another Beverly story.....

when I first took the kids here I didn't tell them how bad Bev would be.....I let them figure it out on their own (bad mommy, I know). When DS put some in his cup and took a great big sip, I had to turn away......as I looked back, I was abhorred to see him spitting it into the machine!!

Needless to say, whenever we stop in for a taste of our watermelon favorite, Beverly is NOT even looked at!!

Favorite is Mezzo Mix. I grew up in Germany, so we made it ourselves with Coke and orange Fanta. I still mix it at home...

Second fave is the ginger ale. Least fave is the vegetawhatever. I'll take Beverly over that any day.

Beverly is actually VERY similar to limoncello without the alcohol. It's bitter, but also refreshing in an odd sort of way...

I like the Mezzo and Watermelon, and find Beverly not so bad - in moderation.

I liked most other than the Beverly.... but I did tell family members that have not experienced this attraction that they 'must' try the Beverly..... trust me they would do it to me!!! hee hee. I did clue my niece in, to not have the kids try it at first, but after they see their dad's face I am sure her DS will have to try it. The ginger ale, and the melon one are my top fav's.

So we were at Epcot about a month ago...took my DS and DGS to Club Cool. The first thing I did was hand DS a cup of Beverly - he asked, "What is this?" "It's called Beverly..."...."Oh, NO! I've heard about that...I've been to the World of Coca Cola..." Drat!!!

So, a few minutes later....DGS says, "Here, Dad, try this...it's from Italy".....

You can guess the rest.....

when we went I got a whole school bus of kids to try it that never hyad before. I just casually said they should try the interesting one called Beverly. It worked out that they had aall agreed to try each flavour at the same time, so they all poured a frosty little cup full and tipped back un unison. They all also rushed toward the trash cans in unison. They couldn't have done it better if they had tried! Too funny for words!
