| PhotoPass Price Increase as of 8/23 as per GF If anyone has conflicting information, please let me know but I went over this about 3x very slowly and clearly with the CM who I know I've talked to in the past and has been fairly reliable with his information. As of *tomorrow*, photopass sessions at the resorts will increase in price. Most importantly, while they all use the PhotoPass system, there will be a division of Parks and Portraits (bear with me, it gets crazier). Ordering a Park PhotoCD, either by pre-ordering or purchasing it in the parks, a Portrait session will cost you $75 (Park CD + Portrait CD = $200 (or less if pre-ordering Park)). Park CD prices will not be affected. Proof of purchase (either the email or a receipt) of the Park CD will be required for this price. I was told explicitly there is no price break for pre-ordering the PhotoCD specifically as that would be the Park CD and the two are separate entities (sharing the same system) so pre-ordering gets you the same $75 rate. If you are doing Portrait CD only (no Park CD), the session is $150 and includes a CD. There is no option for a PhotoPass card. They will be used by the photographer for the session but will not be given to the guest. If you later decide to combine Park photos off of cards with the Portrait CD, the resorts will do it for $50 (bringing the total to $200). This means Portrait sessions will not be available to guests online. This means enhancements of Portrait photos will not be possible. Additionally, if you merge a Portrait CD with Park cards at the resort, you will not be able to enhance Park photos. If you are purchasing PhotoPrints of Park photos, you will continue to be able to enhance them individually. I was also told they are now accepting reservations for shoots at AKL and it will be fully operational by the end of the month.

| Time to sit down and figure out if we still want to do a photo shoot at the GF.

| Hmmm.... I am trying to see this clearly. We are going in a month and have already pre-ordered the CD for $99.95. So, what you are saying is that in order to do our planned Poly shoot, it will be $75 (no price break anymore) and the CD that goes with that will not be linked to the pre-ordered one anymore. Bottom Line: Pre-Ordered CD (now Parks only): $99.95 Poly Shoot CD: 75.00 So, our total should be $175 for both CDs and that is it (no other fees), correct?

| Guess I won't be doing the GF shoot next year like I thought. I will still pre-order the "parks" CD but I won't pay $75 (and definately not $150) for a photo shoot at a hotel--Disney or not!

| I was told that the increase was effective Monday 8/25. and that if you had already book the sessions or book them before the increase you pay the current rate. After 8/25, the rate will be $75 for the sessions. I will call to reverify the information. Dawn

| UPDATE I call the photo shoot CM tonight and he told me that they have delayed the increase to Sept 1. So as long as you reserve your time by this date then you pay the current price. They go by the date you book your reservation to determine if you pay the new price($75) or the old price ($ 25 or $49.95). They are also taking reservations for the AKL shoots. To reserve the AKL before the price goes up you can call 407-938-4850. So far I have book the GF, WL, Poly, and AKL. I am debating on whether to do the Beach Club or not. BTW the photo shoot office is open on the weekend to take reservations. Dawn

| if I understand correctly, this means that I can still preorder just the regular photopass CD (parks only, no special photo shoots) for the same price even after the August/Sept. cut off date, right? Personally, I don't think the photoshoots as they are currently is worth even the original session fee, much less this updated one.
