We go to Disney every July and always seem to go to MK on a Monday. We get there right when the park opens and honestly have no problems riding anything until about noon when it does start to get crowded.

We go every June. We've been there close to the beginning of the month and mid-month without any crowd problems. We did go one time on the 29th and it was crowded. We always go on a Sat. and haven't been wrong with that choice yet. Especially this past June. My kids rode Goofy's Barnstormer 4 times in a row without having to get off and Big Thunder Mountain twice and this was mid morning. I think for the next year or so, travel might be a little soft to slow for folks which helps keeps the crowds at bay. I'd choose June over July because the weather is a tad cooler.
