| I know that there were "test runs" over the summer where EMH's were done without wristbands ... looks like it worked!! From: Disney World Information - Extra Magic Hour, Early entry WRISTBAND DISTRIBUTION ENDING SEPTEMBER 7, 2008 Disney is eliminating the wristbands which have been in use for Disney Resort guests wishing to take advantage of evening Extra Magic Hours. Disney Resort guests will need to use their Resort ID's as proof of eligibility starting September 7.

| Gosh, I'd rather have the wristband. Must easier to just show your wrist than to show your card for every ride ![]()

| I think it'll be interesting to see how this all works... I've heard that you'll have to show your KTTW at ALL attractions ... I've also heard that the FastPass Machines will be used on EMH nights ... and you'll have to get an "EMH FastPass" to ride ... That sounds okay to me --- you'd have to show the EMH FastPass ticket at each ride. Of course, that would only work on the rides that have FastPass --- but those are the more crowded ones anyway... I suppose that rides without FastPass, you'd just show your KTTW card.

| hmmm...this sounds like a cost cutting maneuver, but how much time will get wasted in line while they check everyone?!

| Not the news I was hoping to hear. Makes the PassPorter Pouch an even better deal. Just keep your KTTW card in the front see-through pouch and you can flash that at the CMs without having to dig through pockets. Eileen

| That sucks. I liked the wristbands, it made me feel special. But it seems like a hassle to have to keep pulling your ticket out for every ride. I would be afaird of losing it having to take it out and put it away everytime I want to go on a ride. |

| Seems like a bummer! I wonder how many people will try to sneak in unless they check passes at every ride...how bout a hand stamp when you get in the park or something??

| You could always get the clear plastic sleeve for your lanyards and put your KTTW card in it so we can always just show it to them that way.

| Sounds like a real increase in the PITA aspect of getting on rides during EMHs. Can't just flash the card as they could be out of date and the printing on them is NOT large enough to be read at a glance.........

| I think it sounds fine. I didn't like having to figure out where to be and when and worry about if they run out of wristbands, etc. If I wanted to go to another park, I don't have to worry about getting to the EMH one at some point. And yes, my glass is always half full and never half empty.
