I have a tea room if your sister ever gets to California. Its called Lisa's Tea Room and it is just wonderful!!!

I did the Tea Tasting by Twinnings 2 years ago during the Food and Wine Festival. You had to get in line at specific times at the tea shop to get tickets. The tickets are free, but it did fill up fast so I'd get there about a half hour earlier than the stated time to get in line. I'm a tea lover and really enjoyed the tasting. Here's a picture from that trip:

That's cool to know that they do it during the F&WF as well. I thought it was neat during the F&GF because they had the actual plants potted around in the garden behind the shop.
