Talking I Finally Tackled ToT!!!!!!
After 12 years I finally went back on ToT on our last trip. Now I'm wondering--what was I so afraid of in the first place? It's my new favorite. I love RnR but it gives me a headache(I go on anyway). But ToT was a blast with no after-effects! I'm a real wimp about thrill rides too. So anyone out there who's afraid--Give it a try!

TOT is DD's second favorite. We convinced DW to get on our last trip, and she is still mad at us for tricking her. She is not into thrill rides.

Your post made me feel braver! I SO want to try that ride but I am SO scared to try that ride! I am hoping to be brave enough to try on our next trip. Part of the problem is that my family is also scared to try that ride. My daughter stood in line at RnRC last time and we were watching the doors open and close on ToT and she just kept saying "nope. nope. nope. nope." I don't know if I can be brave enough to so it myself!

ToT is really a BLAST of a ride. I think some of you might be freaking yourselves out without really understanding what happens. Yeah, it is kind of scary, but its a fun scary....and believe me, I don't like to be scared.

And as Miss Poppins said, no after affects....unless you call laughing yourself silly an "after affect."

RnR tip - DS14 seemed to get headaches from it too, this year I had him take some Advil about 1 hour before he rode it...no headache...might be worth a try Congrats on ToT!!! I love that ride - I laugh and scream at the same time!

Congrats to you! I have a funny story about this one.

My DS4 wanted to go on ToT. He JUST made the height requirement by a hair. While we are standing in line, an older gentleman said to me "You're taking HIM on THIS RIDE?" And I said "Yep." And he said "I'll bet you that he leaves this ride crying." And I said "I'll bet you he is laughing."

Sure enough, we are on the ride (and this gentleman was on the ride with us), and everyone is screaming in the dark, and my son is laughing above everyone else! I should have bet a Mickey Bar or something! It was AWESOME and we immediately got right back in line and rode it again.

We love ToT!
