| Epcot Hours We are headed to the world in December - does anyone know if the world showcase opens up later than future world? |

| On all of my previous trips, World Showcase has opened at 11 am and Future World has opened at 9 am (except for Extra Magic Hours days when Future World opens at 8). I don't know for sure that this is still the case, but I would guess that it is. In case you're wondering, you can enter the park from the International Gateway entrance (by the Boardwalk and Beach Club) before World Showcase opens, but you will be restricted to a path leading to Future World. |  World Showcase always opens after Future World. In December, Future World will have its normal hours --- open at 9am and close at 7pm. World Showcase will open at the normal time of 11am but close at 9:30pm. (rather than the normal 9pm)
