Question which day during MLK weekend?

I'll be staying with relatives nearby and going to the parks only one day over the weekend. I know it will be relatively crowded due to the holiday, but any thoughts as to which day would be the best day to hopefully experience less crowds?

I would go with Monday, since that is probably a travel day for a lot of people that are just going for the weekend. However, I have gone (although admittedly it's been a few years) many times over MLK weekend because my birthday is always near then (Jan 13), and I have never found the crowds to be a problem.

I'd go with either Monday or Saturday... which park are you going to?

We'll be checking in that Sunday, so we decided to not to do any parks that day, but for Monday we chose Animal Kingdom. We figured we should stay as far away from MK as possible since schools will be closed that day
