British Invasion

DBF is a HUGE Beatles fan and one of the things we definitely want to do on this trip is see The British Invasion. So far it looks like the only day they are doing any performances is on the Saturday that we arrive. I currently have that day scheduled for Epcot, but I was thinking of exchanging that day with one of our MK days so we could meet up with a fellow PP and her family.

Is it possible that BI will be playing later in the week also and just not have it on the schedule?

I don't have the answer to that but it is really fun. My husband loves the Beatles too and we really enjoyed watching them.

I'm pretty sure BI plays everyday! The tougher question though is at what times?

Per Disney, BI plays "throughout the day." So, for listings on specific days, you'll need to consult a Times Guide, available at the resort check-in counters and at the front of the park.

The Guide is usually good for the entire week. So once you get to Disney, get the Guide for that week and you'll be able to better plan your visit(s) to Epcot during your stay.

It's a fun show and definitely worth seeing!

I must admit I thought they played most days - we usually hear them every time we're in Epcot...

I don't think BI does play every day. You can check Steve Soares' site for times guide info. Walt Disney World Live Entertainment Right now, it looks like BI isn't playing on Weds or Thurs. Steve's site publishes the show times a week in advance, but by checking it regularly, you can see what the schedule is like generally.

I hope you're able to see BI. They're a lot of fun!!

They definitely are off Wednesday and Thursday for the month of November unless Disney makes a change. The hours are: 3:00, 4:30, 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00.

They are fun to watch so I hope you catch them!

Thanks for all the responses. I will make sure we are not there to see them on a Wednesday or Thursday. I know Thursday is when we plan to be at Animal Kingdom.

They are a definite must see. We actually try to catch that show a couple of times while we're at Epcot because they perform different songs each time.

British Invasion was one of the something new to try things that I put into our June 2009 trip.

DH discovered he loved them. They do have some days off so you'll want to plan around those.

I like to use Steve Soares' website too. He's always been accurate.

They are one of our "Haven't Been Able To See Them Yet" groups. We just caught the tumblers/gymnasts in China on our last visit. BI sounds like a great group!

BI is one of my DH's favorites. They are a must do every trip. He's already talking about them and we don't even go to WDW again until May, 2010.
